Los Angeles CA, Apr. 21, 1999 - Grievous television images of the bombing and destruction of a foreign nation with innocent people being slaughtered in the mix, said as essential to bring peace, have scrambled and reassembled as a terrible situation of mourning in our own nation. Two high school students, described by another student as having a liking to demonstrate war games, Tuesday, Apr. 20, 1999, have themselves waged war on their peers, killing and wounding many, and have committed suicide.

In our zeal to help the people of Kosovo, let us not forget that all of our efforts should be pointed toward a peaceful, diplomatic settlement. It is quite alarming, that on Apr. 20, 1999, at a morning news briefing, Secretary Madeline Albright stated unequivocally that she would not negotiate with President Milosevic.

We are teaching our children that war and destruction, and guns and bombs are the way to solve our problems. Our nation exemplifies segments of governmental leadership that are malevolently divided, slanderous, and impeding truth and justice for partisanship, power and corruption. These examples are in reckless, direct opposition to the high standards of a Godly and constructive nation, as wrath and retribution rise to the occasion.

Has our nation lost its way in its ill-natured partisan politics that is eroding truth, law and justice and impeding real progress, in an atmosphere of heated hostility and senseless competitiveness that keeps its citizens on edge, and its children restless and confused? Has it lost its way in its international role as "peace keepers"? It is setting a dangerous example as it neglects to enforce diplomatic solutions and projects a troubled, brute force democracy.
Very precariously and  importantly, its own resources are being depleted dramatically, in values, billions of dollars, and heading toward greater numbers of casualties.

Let our nation not be further deceived and misled, as the cold war continues colder, lest it be surprised with resources depleted, and weakly susceptible to that which continues to seek its destruction.

At the heart of the terrible suffering that is currently taking place in the Balkans, is religious conflict that is many generations old. Within this struggle is resentment and deep hatred from neighbor to neighbor, brother to brother. Religion is meant to bring unity and peace, personally and globally, not conflict and suffering. In my book "GOD IN THE NEW WORLD ORDER", I have emphasized from the Powerful Word of GOD in the Holy Bible, the causes and remedies for the serious global disunity that has, and continues to ruin and destroy so many lives. GOD has Given us, in His Ways and Sovereign Power, the Formula for lasting peace and prosperity, for individuals and nations, that when followed, will enable us to overcome the terrible, oppressive, lower powers that assail us all.

Mankind is proven incapable by his own limited power to subdue the stronger, supernatural and destructive power of evil that pillages planet Earth. He may try to devise his own new world order without acknowledgment and faithfulness to the Leadership and Authority of GOD; but he should understand that only
by the Eternally Highest, Strongest Power of The Almighty can humanity victoriously overcome and be free of personal and global oppression. The inherent rivalry among mankind, is a weakness contributing to our disunity.

In all fruitless debate for truly productive, lasting solutions to the many problems of oppression, is the impeding confusion within the lack of unity in the One Highest Standard of Righteous Truth of GOD. In contention, repression, fear and violence, iniquity is not enduringly subdued; as it is in the proliferation of Knowledge of Truth in GOD, and concession to His Ways, with contrition; lest we serve and empower evil. All that we do should be principled for The Truth. The abusive, temporal ways of oppression that disregard the Ways of GOD should be made obsolete in the Light of His Eternal Truth. As It Is Written, He Is A Rewarder... It is in the Good Pleasure of GOD, that we receive Grace and Peace.

In this presently escalating battle in Yugoslavia, instead of deeper damage, instead of many more lives being lost, there needs to be an open minded, serious, negotiating party that will study all sides and their grievances, and take patient steps to compromise.

We, the concerned citizens, world wide, therefore call for an immediate diplomatic solution to be employed, by capable people who are willing to listen to all the facts, and who are willing to employ peaceful compromise towards unity, to expeditiously end the carnage.

The human imagination is not Given as a frivolous thing. Like all thought with Divine Direction, it is a creative tool, and its Director Is The Creator.

To guide it, we are given knowledge in the Holy Bible of the existing Kingdom of GOD. When to it we apply the Everlasting Truth of the Righteousness of our Eternal GOD, we can easily imagine how the Kingdom must be and how they are. It is a peaceful, safe, joyous place that does exist (and is a
refuge in our imagination.)

Open to me the Gates of Righteousness; I will go into them,
and I will praise the LORD. ... The Kingdom of GOD Is within you.

We are in a place of beautiful blue skies and white clouds, and lovely hills and majestic mountains and trees with singing birds; like a green peaceful Earth, except with people all of good will and kind faces and words; where GOD and His Son are continually and openly praised with words of faith and joyfulness. We are in a serene place with no hunger or thirst, with no pain or death or mourning, and where people live peaceably among their neighbors, caring and helpful and merciful toward one another, without guile and without envy. We are in a place where GOD IS KING and His Word Is uncontested Law, and where His Grace with true and everlasting happiness abounds.

Yet out in the present evil world in which we find ourselves compassionate and freely aware, things like wars and rumors of wars, crimes, sufferings and starvations, violent deaths; all bring us to a rude awakening to the temporal disunified, hard reality that we all face; and for the renewed children of GOD, meaningful purpose: as to why we are here.

We are here in a world exploding with depths of hatred and corruption that are unfathomable. Continual, mutually unimpeded animosity finds expression through unceasing violence and destruction that predictably arises from reckless, open hatred within mankind, from brother to brother.
