1 medium cabbage with large green leaves
3 cups cooked long grain brown rice
3 cups meatless burger crumbles
4 ripe tomatoes
1 med. can of tomato paste
juice of one fresh lemon
1/8 cup of Splenda sweetener
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup purified water
1 piece of garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste..
Wash the cabbage whole, rinse with purified
water, and place in a large boiling pot of
purified water; cover and lower to med.
heat for about 10 minutes, until softened, yet
still firm. Remove from the pot and when
cool, cut out the core and carefully peel off
the leaves, keeping them intact, and set aside.

Place the washed, chopped tomatoes,
tomato paste, the garlic, onion powder,
lemon juice, sweetener, olive oil, salt and
pepper and 1/2 cup purified water
in a blender and blend for about
10 seconds-keeping the sauce slightly
