Constant pressure of activist defense lawyers, helped persuade the Obama admin. to bring the trial to NYC. Holder was a partner at a
lawfirm which in 2005 gave one of its attorneys an award for aiding 17 Yemeni suspects at Guantanamo. Bolstered by left-wing
activists groups, these works have helped to free, or force the transfer, of hundreds of al Qaeda suspects to third countries. Some have

The House passed the Stupak Amendment, introduced by conservative Democrats and intended to bar abortion
services from any insurance plan paid for with a federal subsidy. The vote was 240-194 in favor, with one vote of "present."

his Director of New Media – a citizen reporting program that calls on Americans to report those who make “fishy” statements about health care.
The ACLJ asserts that the official White House release is an attack on free speech and designed to stifle public debate about the health care issue –
including growing concerns from Americans opposed to making abortion services mandatory health benefits.

Obama's Birth Certificate Not Yet Released For Proof Of Citizenship
The AP implies that Obama has not released a "long version of his birth certificate." But Obama has never released either a long or short
version of his birth certificate.  Instead, Obama's campaign last year released only his Certification of Live Birth from the state of Hawaii, which
is a document that offers a summarized version of the birth certificate. Even state residents born outside the U.S. can get one.
