ROE V WADE
Gerry M. Kaye
The 1973 Supreme Court, in basing their decision to legalize abortion
in Roe v Wade, on the opinion that the fetus has no
consensus of personhood, therefore has no right to life: declaring 'the lack of consensus among the experts "at this point in the
development of man's knowledge," Roe v. Wade was far from "settled law."
Originated 2009 Updated Nov. 2016
The Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor says that Roe v. Wade is 'settled law.'
On the contrary, in the 1973 Roe v Wade court decision to legalize abortion in the U. S. A; there was left an opening for doubt of the permanent legality of the decision when the Supreme Court stated that:
There were no legal grounds for factoring into this balancing test any right to life of the unborn fetus. The fetus would have such a right if it were defined as a legal person for purposes of the Fourteenth Amendment, but the original intent of the Constitution (up to the enactment of the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868) did not include protection of the unborn.
(It also did not assume non-protection of the unborn.)
The Court also emphasized that:
Its determination of whether a fetus can enjoy Constitutional protection neither meant to reference, nor intervene in, the question of when life begins:
"We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins. When those trained in the respective disciplines of medicine, philosophy, and theology are unable to arrive at any consensus, the judiciary, at this point in the development of man's knowledge, is not in a position to speculate as to the answer."
The 1973 Supreme Court, in basing their decision to legalize abortion on the assumption that the fetus has no established consensus of personhood, therefore has no right to life, declaring the lack of consensus among the experts "at this point in the development of man's knowledge," Roe v. Wade was far from "settled law;" but by the wording of the decision "at this point," clearly leaves the decision unsettled and open for a "point in time" when and where the consensus could be clearly overwhelmingly in favor of the personhood of the child in the womb, even from conception; as modern science has so graciously, presently established through technology well beyond the 1973 court's imagination.
What has been clearly established by said consensus in this present point in time, is that abortion is the unconstitutional denial of the right to life of unborn persons; and that: 'killing persons is murder' is definitely' settled law' and a high crime in the United States of America; and that abortion 'rights' are unconstitutional, invalid and purely political.
It is high time in this point in time to settle the matter and to seriously re-address the Constitutionality and the national demoralizing influence and moral degradation of Roe v. Wade.

"Ultrasound Tech Views Wide Eyed-Walking Fetuses"
Just how alive-and-well these womb-persons are, is being viewed via high-resolution, golden-hued ultrasound images of fetuses in their amniotic homes. The latest advances in ultrasound technology from grainy 2D to glorious 4D with accompanying DVD, produce images that are impressive, showing facial features, hair, fingers, toes and even a fetus' sex. Significantly the babes are shown to be, immediately after fertilization, in rapid development, soon with eyes wide open and walking on the walls of the womb.

The Roe V. Wade court decision legalized abortion. Science has proven that abortion is murder. Murder is a crime and punishable by law in the U. S. A.

"Abortion Aftermath: "According to Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg"
In her dissenting opinion in Gonzales v. Carhart, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg takes issue with the majority's tender depiction of the mother-child bond. She also seems vexed that the majority described the regret, depression, and loss of esteem some women experience after an abortion; but what about the evidence? To arrive at such a sanguine view of abortion, one would have to be oblivious to reams of scientific evidence, including large-scale, peer-reviewed, records-based studies in prestigious journals of psychology and medicine by researchers in the United States, Canada, Sweden, Finland, New Zealand and Russia.
